Requirements

  • ·         Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are a plus.

    ·         Active Listening: Ability to listen actively and respond to customer needs effectively.

    ·         Empathy and Patience: Must be empathetic and patient, understanding customer issues and responding with care.

    ·         Adaptability: Capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing situations.

    ·         Technical Proficiency: Strong typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and good reading comprehension. Must be computer savvy and attentive to detail.

    ·         Positive Attitude: Must have a positive and energetic approach, willing to assist and explain complex issues to customers.
